The Selection Process
Techint is constantly looking out for the best young people who have just finished or about to complete their education brilliantly and who are interested in taking part in work experience programmes in Italy and abroad. Having spent study or work periods outside your own country and the knowledge of one or more foreign languages (English and Spanish mostly) are preferential requisites.

It is strongly recommended that you send your candidature via Internet, which will make it entirely unnecessary to send your CV by post. This method will enable you to have access to your data and to update them whenever necessary, and makes for quicker and more efficient handling of the information for assessing how well your candidacy meets the specific needs of the company.

In the strict and well-structured selection process, the behavioural assessment method is used for new graduates and involves exercises and simulations aimed at identifying whether the profile of each candidate is in line with Techintís expectations of potential abilities and attitudes, primarily leadership, action and results orientation, team-working and relational skills. This is followed by face to face interviews with those in charge of human resources and with one or more line Managers, for the purpose of getting to know each other.
